Sydney A. Rapp Land Surveying, P.C.

For over 65 years the Rapp name has been a leading name in the Land
Surveying profession in the greater Danbury-Bethel area.

Sydney A. Rapp Sr. CE & LS 1906-1990

Sydney A. Rapp Sr. was the first generation surveyor and civil engineer
licensed by the state of Connecticut on May 8, 1940. He was appointed
Danbury's city engineer in May 1940. He took four years off in the early
1950's to practice his profession on the private level, but returned to the
city engineer's desk in 1955. His various posts included superintendent
of both the city public works department and the water department.

Sydney A. Rapp Jr. is the second generation licensed land surveyor
receiving his Connecticut license on July 26, 1968 and his New York
License March 11, 1985.

Jason, Zachary and Toby are third generation surveyors working in the
land surveying profession.
